Water is essential to people's lives and social economy and environmental development. Nonetheless, a huge number of people are still without access to safe drinking water in Asian cities. And pollutions of rivers and underground-waters are becoming more serious that it causes various problems such as health hazards and environmental issues.
In this conference, journalists made presentations about the current status and issues of water in their cities and discussed how we can solve such serious water problems.
