On the 29th, the second day of the Environmental Technology Expert Group Meeting discussed water and sanitation issues in Asia which is another challenge many cities face. A keynote presentation was made on the waterworks administration by Fukuoka City, with special focus on water conservation and leakage prevention methods. Experts from the private sector also explained about their water purification technologies which could also be a potential solution to the issues and concerns addressed by the representatives from Asia.
